TRPOA Annual Meeting Minutes

The Tumalo Rim Property Owners Association will be posting the minutes of our regular Annual Meeting as well as the quarterly Board Meeting minutes. For the minutes of our last Board Meeting on January 18, 2012, click here.

The Tumalo Rim Water Improvement District has added information to its pages here which include the 2009 Consumer Confidence Report. The TRWID is required annually to provide you with information regarding the quality of our water. This report states the maximum limits EPA allows, and how our water compares to that. The purpose of producing this website is to provide all the homeowners in the Tumalo Rim Property Owners Association with timely information, news and activities related to owning property in this beautiful neighborhood. Here you will find important news about fire-free weekend clean-up dates, an online version of our newsletters, and reprints of our community's CC&Rs, Bylaws and other regulations.
